Thank you for your interest in the Elm Street Project's Façade Improvement program. Regrettably, all funds for this phase of the program have been spent. The committee hopes to secure more funding in the future, but nothing has been set in place as of yet.

The Façade Improvement Application is also being revamped, but a sample copy of the OLD program guidelines and application is available for anyone who wants to familiarize themselves with the process. This sample is for informational purposes only. No applications are being accepted at this time.
